CLARITY OF MEANINGS
 
  All languages are based upon some order of rules for usage.  
  Various languages have applied different complexity to rules, compared to the
characters of the language.
 
  The most useful languages are those where the rules remain consistent
across a wide range of applications ( such as the language of mathematics).
 
  In discussing the underlying purposes of language, there are several underlying concepts that are not usually considered deeply in terms of written language construction.
