CITIDA

  CITIDA PRIMUS DIA state:

  Uniqueness of CITIDA objects
For the purpose of analysis, measurement and planning, real world objects may be defined as both theoretical objects and vice versa.
All CITIDA objects are a sum of less complex CITIDA objects ultimately derived from prime CITIDA objects .
Existence of human settlement tends towards prime CITIDA objects.

  Systems
All CITIDA objects exist within a system.
All CITIDA objects are co-dependent .
All CITIDA objects are specialised.

  CITIDA objects patterns
All CITIDA objects are unique and collective patterns.
The constants of existence are related to perfect imperfect ratios

  UCADIA
The UCADIA symbol set defines all human knowledge that has ever been or will be into ten basic shapes and concepts: 0.absolute 1. universal 2. relationships 3. elements 4. galaxies 5. Stellar 6. planets 7. life 8. self aware life 9. human life.
The UCADIAN model is an open source model defined by primary, secondary and tertiary texts of which 14 are primary (CIVILA being one), 130 are secondary and unlimited are tertiary texts.

  Uniqueness of CITIDA objects
The prime city objects (CITIDA) by which all human settlement may be defined are: SPACE STRUCTURE RESIDENT CITIZEN BUILDING RESIDENCE CENTRE PRECINCT AREA REGION STATE NATION

  SPACE
Space is an identifiable and fixed volume area representing height, width, and breath within which natural structures and/or human structures are established.
All space may be defined as: •Ground level (Land) •Above ground level •Below ground level
The safest, most energy efficient structures capable of withstanding most natural disasters are those below ground;
The most inefficient and temporary structures are those built above ground, especially near coastal and/or river and flood plains;.
The best use of space is the optimisation of below ground, ground and above ground space.

  STRUCTURE
A structure is any fixed or temporary construct of human technology in SPACE of SIZE and TYPE which serves a certain FUNCTION.
All structures may be defined by SIZE as: •Large (greater than 100 cu metres) •Medium (10 to 100 cu metres) •Small (less than 10 cu metres)
•Large structures include skyscraper buildings, bridges, communication towers and factories. •Medium structures include apartment complexes, homes and bus shelters. •Small structures include pipes, telegraph poles, electric wires and phone boxes.
All structures may be defined by TYPE as: •Commercial (ie office, factory) •Government (ie park, road, building) •Residential (ie apartment, house)
All structures may be defined by FUNCTION as: •Building (a building structure) •Connecting structure (a road, bridge) •Feature (eg lights, access path, pipes, fence)

  RESIDENT
A resident is any person living within the defined borders of the city, region or nation .
Residents may be defined into smaller groups according to their legal status and rights such as temporary visitor, permanent resident, citizen and illegal resident.

  CITIZEN
A citizen is a type of resident originally born on an sovereign territory of the city/nation or a person who after obtaining permanent residency has successfully applied for citizenship.

  BUILDING
A building is an enclosed human-made structure.
Examples of Building types include: • Commercial.Construction • Commercial.Factory • Commercial.Office Building • Commercial.Office Complex • Commercial.Retail Outlet • Commercial.Rural Property • Commercial.Warehouse • Government.Building(s) • Government.Construction • Government.Nature reserve • Government.Park • Government.Playground • Government.School • Residential.Apartment • Residential.Construction • Residential.Duplex • Residential.House
All buildings are constructed from one or more of the following systems: • Systems.Communication • Systems.Electrical • Systems.Environmental Control • Systems.Maintenance • Systems.Mechanical & Safety • Systems.Plumbing • Systems.Security • Structure.Envelope • Structure.Finishes • Structure.Frame • Structure.Sub-structure • Structure.Fixtures

  RESIDENCE
A residence is a type of building for the purpose of private living.
All residences may be defined by three essential categories of "model" used for residences, being: •Ruler •Lord •Servant
There are five essential model buildings for residences for rulers: •Ruler.Temple •Ruler.Palace •Ruler.Church •Ruler.Castle •Ruler.Mansion
There are 8 essential model buildings for residences for rulers: •Lord.Village hut •Lord.Villa •Lord.Vista •Lord.Castle •Lord.Mini-Palace •Lord.Mansion •Lord.Ranch •Lord.Skyscraper penthouse suite
There are 12 essential model buildings for residences for rulers: •Servant.Prison •Servant.Hut •Servant.Cell •Servant.Slum •Servant.Dormitory •Servant.Shack •Servant.Cell Apartment •Servant.In-line house •Servant.Homestead •Servant.Duplex house •Servant.Suburban home •Servant.Skyscraper cell apartment
While modern architecture could allow residences to be constructed mostly like Lords, for cost savings and cultural constraints, most residences continue to be build around "servant" models.

  CENTRE
A centre is a central group of buildings of significant purpose and activity.
All centres may be defined by types of principle purpose and function of buildings, including: •Mono •Dual •Tri •Omni
A mono centre is a single purpose centre. There are principally 7 types of mono-centres: •Mono.military •Mono.political •Mono.social •Mono.services •Mono.Industry •Mono.Religious •Mono.Entertainment
A dual centre is a centre with two purposes. There are 3 types: •Dual.Socio •Dual.Power •Dual.Business
A tri-centre is a centre with three functions. There are only two types of tri-centres •Tri.Socio.Power •Tri.Socio.Services
An omni-centre is one with more than three functions. There is only one type of omni-centre.

  PRECINCT
A precinct is a small, well-defined area of dense-packed human or natural structures.
All precincts may be defined by types of principle purpose and function of structures (to an absolute limit of 10,000 residential structures), including: •Mono •Dual •Tri •Omni
A dual precinct is a centre with two purposes. There are 5 types: •Dual.Socio.Industrial •Dual.Socio.Services •Dual.Socio.Business •Dual.Socio.Political •Dual.Socio.Environmental
A tri-precinct is a precinct with three functions. There are only two types of tri-precincts: •Tri.Socio.Commercial •Tri.Socio.Environmental
An omni-precinct is one with more than three functions. There is only one type of omni-precinct.

  AREA
An area is a large, well-defined area of medium-packed human, modified habitat (eg farming) or dense natural structures.
All Areas may be defined by types of principle purpose and function of structures and land (to an absolute limit of 3,000 residential structures), including: •Mono •Dual •Tri •Omni
A mono area is a single purpose precinct. There are principally 7 types of mono-areas: •Residential.Area •Industrial.Area •Military.Area •Park.Area •Farming.Area •Park.Area •Natural reserve.Area
A dual area is a centre with two purposes. There are 5 types: •Dual.Socio.Commercial.Area •Dual.Socio.Residential.Area •Dual.Socio.Rural.Area •Dual.Socio.Political.Area •Dual.Socio.Environmental.Area
A tri-area is an area with three functions. There are only three types of tri-areas: •Tri.Socio.Political •Tri.Socio.Commercial •Tri.Socio.Environmental
An omni-area is one with more than three functions. There is only one type of omni-area.

  REGION
A region is an aggregation of one or more centres, precincts and areas.
All Areas may be defined by types of principle purpose and function of structures and land (to an absolute limit of 3,000 residential structures), including: •Mono •Dual •Tri •Omni

  ASTATE
A state is an aggregation of one or more regions.
The general health of a state is dependent upon the general mix and health of its regions.
