I. Divine Messenger
i. Our history is marked not merely by major climatic and astrological events, war and knowledge, but the simultaneous appearance of men and women believed to possess special powers beyond the norm. Throughout the ages these men and women have been called by many titles including prophet, guru, messiah, sage, father, shaman, rabbi and savior. Yet what unites our collective belief about these men and women beyond such title, race, civilization and religion is that they represented “divine messengers”; and
ii. While the majority of models of civilization since the beginning of time have defined the existence of a ruling class possessing certain powers above all other classes, what distinguishes a mere king, emperor or president from a divine messenger are the demonstration of claimed divine powers that surpass even those claimed by the ruling elite. Hence, divine messengers have frequently been both feared and ignored during their life, but venerated and often worshipped after death; and
iii. These “special powers” attributed to divine messengers are varied, but may be generally defined into three primary categories- special knowledge powers, special physical powers and special communication powers. While special physical powers may demonstrate a claimed “divine gift” to heal, or special communication powers may demonstrate a supernatural power to inspire, the most powerful of all powers of claimed divine messengers has been the extraordinary knowledge, invention and insight they bring to the Earth; and
iv. Thus the history of civilization from the beginning unto the present day may be defined in one sense as an unbroken “Messiah System” of men and woman who were regarded as genuine divine messengers and those who were dismissed as false.

II. Signs of Divine Messengers
i. All major religions on planet earth contain within their sacred scriptures the belief that a significant divine messenger is yet to come; from the “return” of Christ in some extended divine form for Christians; the return of the “messiah bloodline” for the Israelites; the return of the Imam Mahdi for Islam and the return of the Maitreya Buddha as some important examples; and
ii. While the existing office holders and administration of these existing religions may exert extraordinary powers and influence over the planet Earth, in almost all cases, the priests and clergy of these major religions claim their power as stewards and trustees until the return of their particular Divine Messenger of great significance; and
iii. The arrival of a divine messenger of significance is traditionally believed to be foretold by certain signs. These signs represent a kind of cultural “verification” and “checklist of authenticity” of a particular guru, shaman or alleged savior. The more significant the foretold divine messenger, the more complex and difficult the checklist of cultural signs that must be fulfilled. Signs then have traditionally fallen into four key categories being prophecy, major celestial events, major climactic events and omens; and
iv. The first category of signs is the most complex and significant being prophecy. In essence, prophecy is a message – believed to be divine – that is alleged to have been communicated by a previous divine messenger, then recorded and communicated to others. As prophecy is believed to have been divinely inspired, the fulfilment of prophecy by the signs and actions of an alleged divine messenger is doubly significant in reinforcing the prophecies of old and the credibility of new messages as being truly divine provided by the new divine messenger; and
v. The second category of signs for the arrival of a new divine messenger is major celestial events, especially those events associated with extremely rare or long running astronomical events such as the turning points within the precession of the equinoxes, the cycles of Venus and other major planetary alignments. The arrival of large comets qualify not only as important celestial events but also omens to ancient civilizations, probably because of the historic association of heavy and highly destructive meteorite showers associated with the return of large comets up until 2100 years ago; and
vi. The third category of signs associated with divine messengers is major climactic events, such a major earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, storms, drought, flood, plague and tsunami. Many of the ancient divine messengers listed within old scriptures appear prior or just after such major events affecting a population or civilization; and
vii. The fourth category of signs is significant omens which traditionally include such things as the arrival of comets, strange animal behaviour preceding major climactic events, the untimely death of leaders of society. However, omens can also be positive such as the presentation of new knowledge, invention, and even the special “physical powers” of an alleged divine messenger; and
viii. As the framework of laws of most major religion and societies are predicated on the supreme authority of their particular Divine Messenger upon their return and verification, all major religions have highly sophisticated, complex and developed combinations of all of the signs above as a “safeguard” against false Messengers and to ensure that the meeting of such signs in themselves required “divine intervention”. Of these complex checklists of prophecies and signs demanded by major religions, none are more demanding or complex than the major religion known today as Judaism.

III. The Divine Messiah
i. Of all the great Divine messengers that are foretold to come, none will need to pass more tests and complex prophecies than the Divine Messenger known as the Messiah. But before the core prophecies and requirements are reviewed, there are two common errors that many people follow when considering the prophecies of the coming Messiah (1) that he will be the Messiah of the “Jews”, not the correct prophecy that he is the Messiah of the Israelites; and (2) that Messiah is anointed by God, when the candidate must be first borne from ancient royal and priestly blood that can prove its connection to the key ancient priest blood lines of the “Messiah” Kings of the Yahud; and
ii. The first error concerning the Messiah by many people in the world is that they mistakenly believe the Messiah to be a divine messenger of the “Jews”. This is completely incorrect as the Torah, Talmud and all sacred scripture is for the Israelites, not the word “Jew”. Instead the word “jew” is a 16th Century term of mysterious origin that actually comes from goy, gyu and goyim literally implying such people as heretics and as “cattle” and “dead souless corpses”, not the Chosen People known as the Israelites; and
iii. It is not known by what unseen supernatural force the descendents of the BarBar (Berber) known as the Sephardi, the descendents of the Nabateans/Sabaites/Homerites known as the Mizrahi and the more recent Scythian converts known as the Ashkenazi chose to call themselves “Jews”. However, what is unmistakably clear is that it is impossible and absurd to claim the word is derived from Latin iudeus and Greek Ioudaios. The true Israelites were known as the Yahud and Yahudi, never Jews; and
iv. The second error concerning the Messiah is that many believe it to be a position fulfilled purely by prophecy and not firstly and primarily through the most complex, paradoxical and ancient blood rights in history – namely the connection to two most ancient bloodlines of priest kings representing the “light” of wisdom and the “darkness” of supreme magic. In the first fulfilment of bloodline, the Messiah can only be the Messiah if he is descended from the “messiah kings” of the Yahud, the original name for the Israelite Kingdom at the time of its occupation of Jerusalem, specifically the House of Da’vid (Isaiah 11:1) , also known as the “shepherd kings”, in allegory and sign to the House of Akhenaten (Moses) the “shepherd kings” of Egypt, also known as the Hyksos, the Pali and therefore the Cuilliaéan also known as the Holly, also known as the Holy Ones also know as the Serpent Kings also known as the Shining Ones and the most ancient priest kings of light; and
v. As the last blood of the Messiah Kings of the Yahud was Princess Tamar Tephi, daughter of Zedekiah who was returned to Ireland and the Cuilliaéan by the Prophet Jeremiah, any other claim that is not of the Cuilliaéan and the Holly is completely false and cannot possibly be the Messiah, even if they claim to match all the other characteristics of prophecy; and
vi. As much as this explanation of the truth of the prophecy of the first ancient bloodline may or may not be believed, it remains incomplete to the prophecy requiring the blood to also be related to “Solomon”(1 Chronicles 22:8-10 and 2 Chronicles 7:18) or King Sulmanu/Shalemander of Assyria and the great architect of Ba’albek. What makes this second bloodline extremely controversial is that the reference to Abraham is a direct reference to the first priest kings of Ur and the patriarchs of all black magic and satanic worship- the greatest sorcerers of history. The only historic evidence of these two bloodlines intermingling is through the marriage of the Messiah Kings through the House of Da'vid and upon the return of the young Cuilliaéan prince - son of Joseph Ha-Rama-Theo the builder of Sepporo (Sepphoris) in the Galillee- who married the daughter of Phillip of Agrippa, son of King Herod and the Hasmonean princess known as Mariamne and Magdala – reputedly to be the most beautiful women in all of Palestine at the time. Three of their children survived and were returned first to family lands in Glastonbury England, then the youngest daughter to France, the son to Wales and the eldest daughter also known as Mary (Mariamne) back to the Cuilliaéan in Ireland.

IV. Signs of the Divine Messiah of the Israelites
i. As complex as the requirements of Blood Right are for any true Messiah of the Israelites, these signs are nothing compared to the many dozens of complex and sometimes contradictory prophecies that also must be met to be considered a valid candidate. As there are so many, we will not provide an exhaustive list other than to highlight some significant examples such as:
(Isaiah 1:26) Interpreted as: Judicial officials like those from the beginning, who respect the law will be returned to heal the living law; and
(Isaiah 11:9) Interpreted as: Knowledge of the true nature of “God” will fill the world; and
(Isaiah 11:12) Interpreted as: The Israelites will inherit the earth and the land will be returned to them; and
(Isaiah 25:8) Interpreted as: Death (damnation) will be swallowed up forever; and
(Isaiah 61:1-2) Interpreted as: His ministry will be to heal the sick and set the slaves free; and
(Ezekiel 39:9) Interpreted as: Weapons of war will be destroyed; and
(Isaiah 51:3, Amos 9:13-15, Ezekiel 36:29-30,Isaiah 11:6-9) Interpreted as: Heaven will be upon the Earth; and
(Psalm 118:22, Isaiah 3:10-12) Interpreted as: He will be the stone that the builders rejected; and
(Isaiah 53:1) Interpreted as: His message will not be believed; and
(Zecharaiah 13:7) Interpreted as: He will have no disciples around him; and
(Isaiah 2:2-4) Interpreted as: Jerusalem will become a capital of the world; and
(Jeremiah 31:31) Interpreted as: He will usher in a new covenant; and
(Isaiah 66:22-24) Interpreted as: There will be a new heaven and a new earth; and
(Zecheriah 6:11-13) Interpreted as: The last temple (religion) will be built by him and
ii. For example, a prophecy believed to be fundamental to be fulfilled in accordance with the words attributed to the Prophet Isaiah (26:19) is that “all the dead will rise again”. This prophecy is also a central belief of both Christianity and Islam, yet remains enigmatic to this day. At a superficial and literal level, many may believe that somehow the laws of physics, time and nature will be suspended upon the arrival of the true Messiah. But for many educated in scripture and prophecy, such a condition of the true Messiah implies something much more – particularly in relation to the end of Hell (dead rising) and the end of evil laws of Mortmain/Cestui que Vie which treats all of us as dead cargo to be “salvaged”; and
iii. There are many more passages of scripture that may be considered prophecy for the coming Messiah that add even further challenges that must be fulfilled in order for a candidate to be considered the true Messiah.

V. The Impossible Test
i. Upon reading Our first pronouncements and upon reading the first chapters contained herein, a superficial reading might assume at first that such references to ancient prophecy concerning the Messiah of the Israelites is an attempt to associate such prophecy and office to the author of these words. However, this is neither the purpose not reasoning behind our words contained within this pronouncement; and
ii. By reason and proof alone, as demonstrated by our first pronouncement in proving the fact that the Divine – in the form of unique collective awareness – must exist in order for reality an matter to exist, we must also therefore be part of the divine and an instance of the divine singular. Yet this will be refused by any and all organizations they rely upon the perpetuation of faith alone as their primary source of power and control; and
iii. By reason and principles of free will and consent alone by our second pronouncement we proved the world has been operated as a giant plantation of slaves for centuries, without our apparent rights nothing more than benefits and privileges which have and may be periodically withdrawn at will by those who falsely claim to be our slave masters. Yet by reason and truth in exposing these slave masters as nothing more than fraudsters, with neither the rights by blood, nor law to claim what they do, they remain firmly grasping power- refusing to yield nor consider any obligation to behave as genuine trustees; and
iv. By reason and demonstration of the overwhelming superior architecture and nature of UCADIA by our third pronouncement, we pronounced in accordance with such superior position of law the existence of a series of trusts holding real property which prove that any claimed rights of ownership, conveyance, trusteeship, sacred right or custom by those who presently claim to rule the planet are without any lawful basis. Yet, once their claims of lawful control have been exposed as the lies they are, these charlatans and false priests will simply reply upon the brute force of fear, trickery and heresy that mark their desperate continual grasp of power; and
v. So we now reveal by the most difficult of all tests, the test of the ultimate trustee – the role in whom these liars, thieves and moneylenders claim to rule as trustees – that no matter how complex they have deliberately made the tests to determine the arrival of the divine messenger, the divine and all spirits, angelic and demonic have anticipated this moment and all prophecy is fulfilled. Yet, this will not be enough and can never be enough, nor will it ever be acknowledged by those who falsely cling to power until the coming of their claimed “divine messenger” or “messiah”; and
vi. This is because the prophecies that are presented in scripture carefully selected are never intended to be fulfilled. The Scythian rabbi who converted to Sarmatianism and were never true Israelites nor Rabbi of the Menasheh, do not want to see the return of a true messiah. Nor does the Roman Cult desire to see any true fulfilment of prophecy with the return of the Christ. That is why such prophecies and complexities were invented and refined over centuries – to ensure against all odds that no living man could ever fulfil the claimed prophecies foretold. Therefore, it is to be expected that those in power will reject any and all clear signs, against their own teachings. In desperation they will demonstrate their contempt for their own claimed beliefs and heresy clearly witnessed by their horrified followers. Yet to admit their guilt, their desire to forestall the day of divine protest and notice demands they render nothing sacred, purely for the sake of power; and
vii. This is the purpose of presenting what has been pronounced within this sacred pronouncement. Not only because all of what has been promised is true. Not only because all can be shown to be fulfilled, but that no matter how compelled the credentials from the divine, those that rule the world will simply reject them, seek to corrupt and hide, for a few desperate more years of power and enslavement of all.

VI. The Rejection of Validity is the Abandonment of any Right to Rule
i. As those who claim to rule as trustees until the common Divine Messenger of their faith is nothing more than an elaborate lie, no further patience nor confidence should be given to the leadership of such organized religions who openly reject the very signs and scripture they claim to uphold; and
ii. Therefore, upon the rejection of this pronouncement and all pronouncements of Ucadia, upon the rejection of the Divine Canon Law of Ucadia and the Covenant of One Heaven, their rejection – by silence, or aggression, or any other action – shall be their tacit abandonement of any legitimate claim of right to rule in the name of the Divine; and
iii. Instead, these men and some women shall be nothing more than squatters, occupying the land and positions rightfully the property of others. They shall be mere tyrants with no right to claim the law as protection or justification. They shall be exposed as the liars, the thieves and money lenders they are, with no honor; and
iv. To all those then who choose to protect and support such men, by providing the force and possibly terror of rule by fear and brutality – such action shall be the sign of cowards, of people without any honor, mercenaries of the lowest standards; and
v. As history has shown, it shall then be only a matter of time that such cowards will be cornered and their weapons seized, their flesh torn apart; it shall only be a matter of time that people rise up and tear down the false temples, and false leaders to their foundations; and
vi. Indeed, this has been prophesized many times in many religions. Therefore, the behaviour of the “ruling elite” is entirely consistent as was foretold during their last days. Whilst such behaviour and disgrace against the will of the Divine should warrant the harshest of penalties, by the covenant of One heaven, even the very worst banker and false priest of the Menesheh shall be forgiven.

Therefore upon this Pronouncement, warranted by Our Right, upon necessity, We invoke both our free domain and these Rights for Ourselves and for and on behalf of all men and women, living or deceased, with the considerate judgment of all men and women living and deceased and the gracious favor of the Divine Creator; and
We hereby give life and personality to this sacred irrevocable Deed through Our seal in Our blood; and
As it is written, so let it be done! let it be done! let it be done!
