I. The Need for Fair Remedy and new Models

i. There exists a pressing and urgent need for fair remedy in the form of new models of societies that may enable living men and women to continue to practice their beliefs and continue to live their lives, with improved prospects of employment, wealth, health and happiness without requiring any major change or interruption to their daily lives and relationships; and

ii. As such models must address the complete fabric of the existence of a fair and free society, these models must demonstrate a level of precise and fair remedy that is equal in detail yet superior in form to the present negative systems of law of alternative societies; and

iii. This implies most clearly that such knowledge of law as is demonstrated by Divine Canon Law of Unique Collective Awareness and UCADIA is insufficient on its own to effect sufficient fair remedy unless it also specifically provides remedy to the needs of societies of living men and women across the planet Earth; and

iv. Whilst the task of rendering fair remedy for all living men and women on planet Earth is not of itself an unprecedented challenge, there exists the same urgent and pressing need for fair remedy upon life and planet Earth herself and the race Homo Sapien Sapiens; and

v. This implies an obligation for any fair remedy on behalf of the Divine Creator to also render cure to life, the spirit of life and planet Earth as a singular conscious being; and

vi. Whilst the task of rendering fair remedy for all living men and woman and all life on planet Earth is not of itself an unprecedented and historic challenge, there exists the same urgent and pressing need for fair remedy not only for the living but deceased souls of the departed who remain collectively, or singularly in a state of perpetual hell on account of our belief and continued worship to divided states of heavens and hells; and

vii. This implies an obligation for any fair remedy on behalf of the Divine Creator to also render cure to the entire spiritual life of men and women, living and deceased who exist in either a state of heaven or a state of hell so that all those departed men and women existing in a state of hell may be legally and spiritually rendered free and injury to the Divine Creator may be healed by an Act of Divine and Supreme Compassion; and

viii. Whilst the task of rendering fair remedy for all spirits of deceased men and women to heal the war in heaven, bringing peace in heaven and an end to hell, thus restoring the spiritual collective soul of the race Homo Sapien Sapiens to a greater spiritual force is itself a singularly historic aspiration, there exists but one more challenge to bring fair remedy to our Sun and Solar System in the restoration of not one by two living water planets, in bringing life back to the surface of Mars; and

ix. This implies an obligation for any fair remedy on behalf of the Divine Creator to also render cure to the entire Solar System and Sun as a living being and consciousness that will be greater sustained in life by the existence of two water planets and the Earth in having a life partner in the restoring to life of Mars and Mars have a new artificially grown Moon to help re-establish condensed atmosphere and the collection of gases to permit oceans, rain and sustained life approximating Earth life.

II. UCADIA Model

i. Using the Natural Laws of the Absolute, the Universe and Divine Creator as defined by Divine Canon Law also known Astrum Iuris Divini Canonum, UCADIA is a model of fair remedy for and on behalf of the Divine Creator; and

ii. The UCADIA Model provides fair remedy to Unique Collective Awareness in the development of fair uses for the wisdom of UCA as defined by the twenty-two (22) books of Divine Canon Law also known as Astrum Iuris Divini Canonum; and

iii. The UCADIA Model provides fair remedy to all men or women, living or deceased through the model of man and woman as defined by the Natural Laws of UCA demonstrating their absolute freedom and rights as immortal beings instanced for a period as flesh and blood beings; and

iv. The UCADIA Model provides fair remedy to collectives of living men and women as societies by demonstrating original law, charters, and other legal instruments to effect a fair set of by-laws for a free society of free men and women that have the supreme right to live in peace, harmony and happiness; and

v. The UCADIA Model provides fair remedy to the collectives of deceased men and women existing in states variously previously described as heaven or hell whereby by divine compassion of the divine creator, a covenant exists for the abolition of all forms of hell and the healing of the singular soul of Homo Sapien Sapiens through the formation of the covenant of One heaven, a treaty between all the states of spirits; and

vi. The UCADIA Model provides fair remedy to collectives of living men and women sharing common spiritual beliefs in the fulfillment of their beliefs and the validation of the unique culture so that in freely choosing to separate from a spiritual society that diminishes their spirit, that provides counterfeit wisdom and enslaves the spirit that a fair society exists with superior beliefs whilst retaining the unique positive moral fabric of the inferior alternate by further demonstrating original law, charters, and other legal instruments to effect a fair set of by-laws for a free spiritual society of free men and women that have the supreme right to worship the Divine Creator in their way, to live in peace, harmony and happiness; and

vii. The UCADIA Model provides fair remedy to the spirit of all life and the spirit of the singular Earth through the demonstration of unprecedented spiritual healing, thereby assisting in the healing of the collective animal spirit of the Earth and the collective life spirit of the Earth including the formation of Free Societies dedicated to Healing the Earth and Protecting the Earth; and

viii. The UCADIA Model provides fair remedy to the Sun and to the Solar System through the demonstration of the plan and model to create an artificial growing moon for Mars so that it may compress the atmosphere thus enabling water to form and an atmosphere similar to Earth; and

III. We are all Divine Immortal Spirit Expressed In Trust to Flesh

i. By the Divine and Natural Canon Laws of Unique Collective Awareness, living men and women, whether conscious of it or not, belong to the collective consciousness in layers of Unique Collective Awareness such that if one Unita, of One Super Sub Atomic Particle of one Sub Atomic Particle of one Atom of one Cell in your body ceased to exist, the Universe and Existence would cease to exist; and

ii. Through the demonstration of the most detailed, most comprehensive, complete, perfect model of the Universe through the Natural Laws of UCA within the twenty-two (22) books of Divine Canon Law also known as Astrum Iuris Divini Canonum, a living man or woman is first and foremost in fact a Divine Immortal Spirit of the greater collective awareness that cannot be destroyed, nor trapped, nor sold, nor tricked other than through the use of false awareness. Secondly, all living men and women as Divine Immortal Spirits are expressed in Trust to living flesh vessels whereby no false laws based on faith may abrogate such irrevocable and absolute property rights by claiming ownership of such real property; and

iii. Therefore, any laws, scriptures, claimed covenant – whether based on faith or claimed fact – that asserts the rights of slavery, whether voluntary or involuntary are henceforth null and void, unlawful and without validity as such claims violate all known valid Divine Law and Natural Law as expressed through the twenty-two (22) books of Divine Canon Law also known as Astrum Iuris Divini Canonum; and

iv. When any official claims the lawful imprisonment or servitude of another, such action cannot pretend ever again to be through the color of law, but simply an act of force and aggression without any right to claim such action as either lawful or having Divine consent. Therefore, let all false laws that claim slavery of Divine Immortal Spirits and their flesh vessels be struck from the record of history; Let all those who stand falsely as judges and officials claiming the use of force and imprisonment as lawful be torn down from such high office and thrown onto the streets as liars and charlatans; and No longer let any man, women, religion claim false perversion of the law in the name of the Divine, nor influence the destiny of planet Earth in the hands of the wicked and incompetent; and

IV. Spiritual Societies

i. By the Will of the Divine Creator of All Existence, All Things and All Awareness, expressed in Trust, We convey by Absolute Right and Authority of Our Office all real and spiritual property, rights, awareness and existence through Sacred Divine Covenant and Deed to the Society of One Heaven being the United States of Spirits for the benefit of all men, woman and higher order beings, living and deceased now and forever more. Henceforth, this most Sacred Covenant and Deed of all Covenants and Law shall be known as known as Pactum De Singularis Caelum, also known as the Covenant of One Heaven; and

ii. As this most sacred Covenant and Deed is the fulfilment of All other Sacred Covenants, no other Covenant shall henceforth be claimed or referred as the highest, the absolute or the one and only than this Sacred and Divine Covenant known as Pactum De Singularis Caelum, also known as the Covenant of One Heaven; and

iii. As this most sacred Covenant is the highest law, no law, contract, agreement, conveyance, claim, title, right, possession or use of property or other legal claim shall be valid unless it conforms to the prescripts pronounced by the Articles of Pactum De Singularis Caelum; and

iv. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office through One Heaven and in accordance with the Will of the Divine Creator expressed in Trust, we hereby convey through sacred Deed and Covenant the existence of One Faith of God also known as the United Free Faith Society of Christians and Israelites for the benefit of all those who profess the faiths of Christianity and the Israelites. Henceforth, this Sacred Covenant and Deed shall be known as Pactum De Singularis Fidei being the By-Laws and Articles by which One Faith of God shall live now and forever more; and

v. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office through One Heaven and in accordance with the Will of the Divine Creator expressed in Trust, we hereby convey through sacred Deed and Covenant the existence of One Islam also known as the United Free Faith of Islam for the benefit of all those who profess to Islam. Henceforth, this Sacred Covenant and Deed shall be known as Pactum De Singularis Islam being the By-Laws and Articles by which One Islam shall live now and forever more; and

vi. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office through One Heaven and in accordance with the Will of the Divine Creator expressed in Trust, we hereby convey through sacred Deed and Covenant the existence of One Spirit Tribe also known as the United Free Faith of Spiritual Wisdom for all those who profess the Hindu Faith, the faith of Buddhism and indigenous cultures. Henceforth, this Sacred Covenant and Deed shall be known as Pactum De Singularis Spiritus being the By-Laws and Articles by which One Spirit Tribe shall live now and forever more; and

V. Community Societies

i. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office through One Heaven and in accordance with the Will of the Divine Creator expressed in Trust, we hereby convey all real property through sacred Deed and Covenant to the Globe Union also known as the Globe Union of Free Societies over the whole Earth and Sea being a Union of Unions of Free Societies for the benefit of all living men and women. Henceforth, this Sacred Covenant and Deed shall be known as Cartae Sacrorum De Congregatio Globus being the By-Laws and Articles by which the Globe Union shall live and function now and forever more; and

ii. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office through the Globe Union and in accordance with the Will of the Divine Creator expressed in Trust, we hereby convey all geographically related real property through sacred Deed and Covenant to the Africans Union also known as the Africans Union of Free Societies over the Earth and Sea for the benefit of all living men and women of the region of Africa. Henceforth, this Sacred Covenant and Deed shall be known as Cartae Sacrorum De Congregatio Africans being the By-Laws and Articles by which the Africans Union shall live and function now and forever more; and

iii. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office through the Globe Union and in accordance with the Will of the Divine Creator expressed in Trust, we hereby convey all geographically related real property through sacred Deed and Covenant to the Americas Union also known as the Americas Union of Free Societies over the Earth and Sea for the benefit of all men and women living in the region of North America, Central America, the Caribbean and South America. Henceforth, this Sacred Covenant and Deed shall be known as Cartae Sacrorum De Congregatio Americas being the By-Laws and Articles by which the Americas Union shall live and function now and forever more; and

iv. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office through the Globe Union and in accordance with the Will of the Divine Creator expressed in Trust, we hereby convey all geographically related real property through sacred Deed and Covenant to the Asia Union also known as the Asia Union of Free Societies over the Earth and Sea for the benefit of all men and women living in the region of Asia. Henceforth, this Sacred Covenant and Deed shall be known as Cartae Sacrorum De Congregatio Asia being the By-Laws and Articles by which the Asia Union shall live and function now and forever more; and

v. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office through the Globe Union and in accordance with the Will of the Divine Creator expressed in Trust, we hereby convey all geographically related real property through sacred Deed and Covenant to the Arabian Union also known as the Arabian Union of Free Societies over the Earth and Sea for the benefit of all men and women living in the region of Arabia and the Middle East. Henceforth, this Sacred Covenant and Deed shall be known as Cartae Sacrorum De Congregatio Arabia being the By-Laws and Articles by which the Arabian Union shall live and function now and forever more; and

vi. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office through the Globe Union and in accordance with the Will of the Divine Creator expressed in Trust, we hereby convey all geographically related real property through sacred Deed and Covenant to the Euro Union also known as the Euro Union of Free Societies over the Earth and Sea for the benefit of all men and women living in the region of Europe. Henceforth, this Sacred Covenant and Deed shall be known as Cartae Sacrorum De Congregatio Europa being the By-Laws and Articles by which the Euro Union shall live and function now and forever more; and

vii. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office through the Globe Union and in accordance with the Will of the Divine Creator expressed in Trust, we hereby convey all geographically related real property through sacred Deed and Covenant to the Oceanic Union also known as the Oceanic Union of Free Societies over the Earth and Sea for the benefit of all men and women living throughout the Oceanic region. Henceforth, this Sacred Covenant and Deed shall be known as Cartae Sacrorum De Congregatio Oceania being the By-Laws and Articles by which the Oceanic Union shall live and function now and forever more; and

VI. Specialist Societies

i. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office through the Globe Union and in accordance with the Will of the Divine Creator expressed in Trust, we hereby convey all relevant property, rights and invention through Deed and Charter to the Heal The Earth Society also known as the Free Society for the Healing and Sustainment of a more Natural Earth for the benefit of those who seek to build a socially conscious community recognizing smarter living techniques and the urgent need for environmental change; and

ii. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office through the Globe Union and in accordance with the Will of the Divine Creator expressed in Trust, we hereby convey all relevant property, rights and invention through Deed and Charter to the Protect The Earth Society also known as the Free Society for the Protection of Earth and Life for the benefit of the Earth in protecting the Earth from extraterrestrial events that may cause widespread damage and death, particularly large comets and asteroids; and

iii. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office through the Globe Union and in accordance with the Will of the Divine Creator expressed in Trust, we hereby convey all relevant property, rights and invention through Deed and Charter to the Give Mars Life Society also known as the Free Society for the Creation of an Artificial Moon for Mars for the benefit of the Sun and the Solar System in creating a second water planet thereby increasing the attractiveness of our Solar System for comets by fourfold, thereby allowing four times more Hydrogen to be brought into Our Sun from outside the Solar System by Comets, thereby also giving our Earth a living Partner in the heavens; and

iv. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office through the Globe Union and in accordance with the Will of the Divine Creator expressed in Trust, we hereby convey all relevant property, rights and invention through Deed and Charter to the One Corp Society also known as the Free Society of Ethical Transnational Corporations for the benefit of corporations that recognize and comply with values of ethics and the model of UCA and UCADIA and support its goals; and

v. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office through the Globe Union and in accordance with the Will of the Divine Creator expressed in Trust, we hereby convey all relevant property, rights and invention through Deed and Charter to the 2nd Chances Society also known as the Free Society for the benefit and assistance of unemployed and people suffering hardship and in need of direct assistance by registering members and volunteers so that jobs can be advertised, assistance can be offered and help can be directed; and

vi. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office through the Globe Union and in accordance with the Will of the Divine Creator expressed in Trust, we hereby convey all relevant property, rights and invention through Deed and Charter to the My Life Matters Society also known as the Free Society for the benefit of those in dire emotional hardship and who are suffering from depression, anxiety and any other forms of illness including suffering extreme emotional stress; and

vii. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office through the Globe Union and in accordance with the Will of the Divine Creator expressed in Trust, we hereby convey all relevant property, rights and invention through Deed and Charter to the Psygos Society also known as the Free Society for the mind of unique collective awareness for the benefit of clear and concise analysis and theories of the mind now in light of Unique Collective Awareness; and

viii. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office through the Globe Union and in accordance with the Will of the Divine Creator expressed in Trust, we hereby convey all relevant property, rights and invention through Deed and Charter to the Civila Society also known as the Free Society for sustainable living communities for the benefit of development and re-development of urban centres into clean, beautiful, safe, sustainable centres of living communities; and

ix. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office through the Globe Union and in accordance with the Will of the Divine Creator expressed in Trust, we hereby convey all relevant property, rights and invention through Deed and Charter to the Ekelos Society also known as the Free Society for sustainable trade and commerce for the benefit of societies seeking to trade, to grow their wealth, to expand business, to learn new skills, to increase culture through the pursuit of optimum models of social co-operation and benefit through the UCADIA models and societies; and

x. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office through the Globe Union and in accordance with the Will of the Divine Creator expressed in Trust, we hereby convey all relevant property, rights and invention through Deed and Charter to the Teknas Society also known as the Free Society for sustainable energy, technology and industry including the creation and existence of its Sacred Charter as direct remedy to the genuine pursuit of clean, sustainable and renewable sources of energy, new forms of safe technology and improvements to industry.

VII. National Societies

i. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office through One Faith of God, One Islam and One Spirit Tribe and in accordance with the Will of the Divine Creator expressed in Trust, we hereby convey all geographically relevant real property through Deed and Charter to the One Jerusalem Free Society for the benefit of all who share a belief in the importance and holiness of Jerusalem and are members of one or more Ucadian societies; and

ii. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office through the Africans Union of Free Societies and in accordance with the Will of the Divine Creator expressed in Trust, we hereby convey all geographically relevant real property through Deed and Charter to fifty six (56) Free Societies as Members of the Africans Union each being granted a Sacred and Royal Charter for the benefit of all living men and women of that society with the Free Societies being known as the Free Society of Algeria, Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo (Brazzaville), Congo (Kinshasa), Cote d'Ivoire, Djibouti, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gabon, The Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Mayotte, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Reunion, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, Sudan, Swaziland, Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Western Sahara, Zambia and Zimbabwe; and

iii. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office through the Americas Union of Free Societies and in accordance with the Will of the Divine Creator expressed in Trust, we hereby convey all geographically relevant real property through Deed and Charter to forty eight (48) Free Societies as Members of the Americas Union each being granted a Sacred and Royal Charter for the benefit of all living men and women of that society with the Free Societies being known as the Free Society of Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, The Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, French Guiana, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Martinique, Mexico, Netherlands Antilles, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Saint Helena, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Pierre, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands, United States, Uruguay, Venezuela and Virgin Islands; and

By Absolute Right and Authority of Office through the Arabian Union of Free Societies and in accordance with the Will of the Divine Creator expressed in Trust, we hereby convey all geographically relevant real property through Deed and Charter to twenty two (22) Free Societies as Members of the Arabian Union each being granted a Sacred and Royal Charter for the benefit of all living men and women of that society with the Free Societies being known as the Free Society of Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Oman, Pakistan, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Yemen; and

v. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office through the Asia Union of Free Societies and in accordance with the Will of the Divine Creator expressed in Trust, we hereby convey all geographically relevant real property through Deed and Charter to twenty two (22) Free Societies as Members of the Asia Union each being granted a Sacred and Royal Charter for the benefit of all living men and women of that society with the Free Societies being known as the Free Society of Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Burma, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Mongolia, Nepal, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam; and

vi. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office through the Euro Union of Free Societies and in accordance with the Will of the Divine Creator expressed in Trust, we hereby convey all geographically relevant real property through Deed and Charter to fifty four (54) Free Societies as Members of the Euro Union each being granted a Sacred and Royal Charter for the benefit of all living men and women of that society with the Free Societies being known as the Free Society of Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Man,Isle of, Moldova, Monaco, Montserrat, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine and United Kingdom; and

vii. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office through the Oceanic Union of Free Societies and in accordance with the Will of the Divine Creator expressed in Trust, we hereby convey all geographically relevant real property through Deed and Charter to twenty three (23) Free Societies as Members of the Oceanic Union each being granted a Sacred and Royal Charter for the benefit of all living men and women of that society with the Free Societies being known as the Free Society of American Samoa, Australia, Cook Islands, East Timor, Fiji, French Polynesia, Guam, Kiribati, Maldives, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Nauru, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis and Futuna; and

VIII. Office of Membership to a Free Society

i. To Each and every one of the two hundred and forty eight (248) Societies In Trust We Pronounce and Create being the five (5) spiritual societies, the seven (7) Unions of Free societies, the eleven (11) specialized societies and the two hundred and twenty five (225) national free societies, We add the Rights and Office of Membership that a Man or Woman may join of their own consent without restraint to become a member of any given society according to the by-laws defined by its sacred charter and covenant; and

ii. The solemn condition of membership of any and all Free Societies We Pronounce and Create is that the man or woman does so by their own free will pronouncing their own Rights of Office and Obligations of Office; and

iii. Upon this single requirement and subject to regional/temporal specialty, a man or woman may freely join a Free Society according to its by-laws as a Member of the Free Societies We Pronounce and Create.

Therefore upon this Pronouncement, warranted by Our Right, upon necessity, We invoke both our free domain and these Rights for Ourselves and for and on behalf of all men and women, living or deceased, with the considerate judgment of all men and women living and deceased and the gracious favor of the Divine Creator; and

We hereby give life and personality to this sacred irrevocable Deed through Our seal in Our blood; and

As it is written, so let it be done! let it be done! let it be done!
