All I can see are things that can go wrong. I fear that the worst is yet to come.

Help me to find a way through this maze. Ease the pressure crushing my chest.

Help me to see clearly that which I can control and that which I cannot.

To accept the things I cannot change. To free myself of worry. To free myself of regrets. To be free of fear.
